- If the status of any employee is to be changed from 'ACTIVE' to any other status', first change the status and then click on 'save' button in front of the corresponding employee only. By default, other employees are treated as 'ACTIVE'.
- DSO can Add New scheme code for any DDO using 'Add New Scheme' tab in DSO login.
- Guidelines to Prevent Data Overlap in DDO Logins
- All DDOs must ensure that they properly log out from the system after completing their work or before logs in with a different DDO. The previous session must be completely closed to avoid any data mapping or visibility issues.
- Always log out properly before logging in with another DDO ID.
- After logging out, close the browser completely and reopen it before starting a new login session.
- Avoid using the same browser for multiple DDO logins at the same time.
- Clear the browser cache and cookies before switching between users, if required.
- Do not use multiple tabs in the same browser for different DDO logins.
