While working with MAVIM, the Women’s Development Corporation of Maharashtra, I had the privilege of working on several projects around livelihood, financial inclusion and skilling. This involved establishing new partnerships for skilling and employment, working on re-branding MAVIM SHG, self-help group, products across the state, organizing stakeholder consultations and coming up with innovative and market-driven solutions to improve the quality of life of women. The fellowship provides invaluable insights into the process of governance, gives one access to great mentors and has been a very professionally fulfilling experience.
