Candidates shortlisted for Stage II of the selection process (Personal Interview) for the CM Fellowship 2026 may refer to the interview schedule for their allotted reporting date and time.

Candidates are required to report to the interview centre at their own expense. No travel, accommodation, or any other expenses will be reimbursed.
1. Original mark sheets and certificates, along with one self-attested photocopy of each, as proof of educational qualifications.
2. Original work experience certificate(s), along with one self-attested photocopy of each.
3. Original proof of date of birth, along with one self-attested photocopy.
4. In case of self-employment, a self-declaration indicating the nature and duration of employment, along with relevant details such as business address, registration numbers, website, and any other information that may assist in verification.
5. Two recent passport-size colour photographs, preferably the same as the photograph uploaded with the application form.
6. A printed copy of the Online Application Form (available in the candidate's login account).
7. One original photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Driving Licence, etc.) along with one self-attested photocopy.
8. Original admit card used for the online examination conducted on 7 June 2026.
Mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, and any other electronic gadgets must be deposited at the time of registration. These items will be returned only when the candidate leaves the interview centre after completion of the interview process.
