Being a Chief Minister's Fellow is one of the most amazing things that have happened to me. It introduced me to an entirely new India. Working on more than 10 projects in the Tribal District of Chandrapur was an invigorating experience which has familiarised me with the finer aspects of governance and the development sector. The projects varied from education to employment generation and gave me several opportunities to introduce my ideas and draft policies at the district level. This was a unique opportunity to shape my career in the development sector.
